I love your power supplies, so I ordered another one after 10 or more years. It was disappointing to not be on file with your company, especially since I needed an artist referral to even order from you the first time in 1997. I should not have to verify my artist status with each order. Angel smoothed everything for me and Ray Scoby, my husband and mentor. I will continue to order from you. Please address your system issues. Thank you.
