Recently got some Navy Blue powder pigment.I have had a lot of great experience with powder pigments from National.
The Blue was fantastic!I had it used on my next tattoo and the results were wonderful.My artist wanted some for herself.I left a bottle since a canister of powder pigment goes a long way.Now that the tattoo is healed I am even more impressed, just as vibrant as the day it was put in.If you want an all purpose vibrant blue, this is it!
