We will NOT ACCEPT returns without a return authorization (RA NUMBER) on the outside of the package.

Please call (610) 433-7191 for a return authorization number BEFORE returning any merchandise.

*Time limit for returns is 30 DAYS from the date of invoice.

*Merchandise must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.

*Include a copy of the original invoice.

*Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.

*Include your current telephone number and address.

ALL Rotary Machines, Inks, Design Sheets, Books, Copier Paper, Hectograph Paper, Copier Bulbs, Piercing Jewelry, Piercing Tools and Publications cannot be returned. Custom Engraved Tattoo Machines can be returned or exchanged for a $30.00 re-stocking fee.

We are not responsible for breakage, crushed or tampered cartons. Please file claims with the freight company.
