Alexey Surkov, native of city of Angarsk in Irkustsk area of Russia, has been involved in tattooing since 1985.  He is a member of the International Federation of Artists.  From 1994 to 1995 he worked in the US training at "Dragon Moon Tattoo Studio".  Alexey Surkov has created the following Russian/Slavic style designs for National Tattoo Supply.
