Thermal copier bulb September 5, 2014 Reviewer: RICK MATTHEWS from TULSA, OK United States   Lack of description lead to me buying bulbs thet did not work. One was broken at the ceramic end. When I installed the other one into my 3M Secretary, it just blew the first test run. To be fair, I assumed this product would work. But, it was the wrong volt/amp/watts. I know that it is an electronic product & cannot be returned. They turned out to be $167,91 of useless to me. I do not blame National. I want to make that clear. It was an expensive lesson. In the future, money permitting, I am going to by the German A-4 from you. Foot note: the install instruction video was/is invaluable . Was this review helpful to you?

The vital bulb! April 22, 2014 Reviewer: Pat Fish from Santa Barbara, CA United States   I simply could NOT do the complex Celtic designs I love without the ability to make stencils, so when my thermal copier machine quit working suddenly I knew where to turn. I bought the bulb with confidence from National, it was shipped 2nd day in a huge amount of bubblewrap that such an extremely delicate part needs, and saved me. And VERY vital information was accessible in the video on the website, so it was MUCH easier to take the machine apart and replace the burnt out bulb. Was this review helpful to you?
