The National Eagle Machine Head comes assembled but without tube, grip or needle bar.

The National Eagle Machine is a modified version of our Swing-Gate Machine which was designed by renowned tattooist Bob Shaw. It is also designed for easy changing of tubes and needle bars.

When choosing your coil option please take into consideration that the amount of voltage to run a tattoo machine is dependent upon the amount of wire on a coil. The more wire - the more voltage required to magnetize the coil. For example, it takes more voltage to run a 10 wrap coil then an 8 or 6 wrap coil. There are other factors also such as spring tension and core size. So generally speaking, a 10 wrap coil is not going to run well at 6 volts.
