one tip was faulty. Thank you for the quick exchange, but I've been dealing with your company for about 30 years now and it would have been nice for you to trust me and let me just throw it away instead of having to send it back.  ****RESPONSE FROM NATIONAL:  Thomas, we are sorry that you received a faulty item and have sent you a replacement.  We do trust you but we want to see how and why the tip is faulty.  We should have sent you a return label with the replacement tip so that you didn't have to pay to send the faulty one back to us.  We will reimburse you for the return shipping.
